4NCL Online League – Season 10 – Division 1 Play-offs FINAL
Match Date: Tuesday, 17th December 2024
Wessex A advanced to the Division 1 play-off final after a convincing 4-0 win against Shropshire & Friends in the semi-finals.
There we faced Dundee City B, with whom we previously drew 2-2 in our Division 1 section All-Play-All, so a tough match was in prospect….
However, yet again, our Wessex A team rose to the occasion and won fairly comfortably with wins from Mark & Rolandas and draws from Gavin and David.
The captain of Dundee City B, Ray Noble, sent the following sporting message – Dundee and Wessex teams have faced each other many times across all 5 divisions !
Hi Keith, Congratulations on becoming division one champions! Well played and well deserved! Mind you some of the games were wild!
