As previously reported, Wessex C had already won promotion to Division 1 of the Online 4NCL.

On Tuesday 25th April they played the semi-final “play-off” match for the Division 2 title.

As you can see, we were up against a very strong Hebden Bridge team who out-graded us heavily and we lost 3.5 – 0.5
=> all credit to Raj for his hard fought draw which got us on the scoreboard

This concludes season 7 – please enjoy the “break” and we will resume in September for season 8 – I’m guessing I will be in contact early in August as details emerge from 4NCL world.

I’m assuming those currently playing will continue to playso please let me know if you wish to play less (or more)!

I’m also hoping to pick up a couple more players to make finding 32 boards each round a little easier so feel free to “spread the word”.
