Step 5: Please do ‘turn up’ on Sunday 6th March before 9.30am (or withdraw) on the above link.

Schedule

Round 1: 9:30 a.m. sharp on Sunday 6th March.

Please note that if you have joined the tournament in advance but are not on logged in and on the tournament page at 9:30am you will still be paired and will lose on time once your 15 minutes has elapsed. Please avoid this by either turning up on time or withdrawing from the tournament if you do not intend to play. This will also help to ensure all players have a proper game in the 1st round.

If you join the tournament after 9:30am, but before the other 1st round matches have all been completed, you will be awarded a half point bye for round 1.  However, as mentioned above, please contact Martin Simons if you are planning to do this as the entries to the Tournament will be closing at 2pm on Saturday 5th March.

Thereafter rounds will commence 2 minutes after the last game has finished in the previous round.

Each round should start roughly 35 to 40 mins after the start of the previous round, though may start sooner. Please be ready!

The event should finish no later than 2:00 pm.
