- The Bournemouth & District Chess League AGM is to be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 20th June 2023 at Tuckton Social Club, 222 Tuckton Road, Southbourne, BH6 3AA (the home venue of Southbourne Chess Club).
- Rule change proposals are to be submitted from clubs to the B&DCL Secretary, Barry Jolly, by Wednesday 24th May 2023, if possible, so these can be discussed at the next B&DCL Committee Meeting. However, all proposed rule changes must be notified at least two weeks prior to the AGM.
- An AGM agenda including rule change proposals will be notified to B&DCL clubs at least one week before the AGM.
- Club secretaries have been advised separately.
