The 24th Mind Sports Olympiad (MSO) will take place between the 1st and 30th of August and is open to all and FREE of charge.

A few of the not to be missed events include:

Chess (of course)

Catan, Backgammon, Poker, Chess, Carcassonne, Scrabble, Stone Age, Dominion, 7 Wonders, Ticket to Ride, Agricola, Lost Cities, and Countdown.

And it’s not just board games…..

Additional competitions include Speed Reading, Memory, Creative Thinking, and Sudoku.

All-in-all there are over 90 different events. Some events have cash prizes and all events have JUNIOR and adult medals. There will even be a live-streamed commentary on MSO’s Facebook page featuring players and personalities from a range of backgrounds.
