Steve Peirson has sent the following message and photos regarding the move:

Purbeck Chess club now play at Corfe Castle village hall – still on Mondays from 7.00 pm. Visiting teams should continue past our old venue at Morton’s Manor Hotel and they will come to the village hall on the left just past the Castle Inn. The hall is set back from the road – there is a sign but it’s easy to miss – see photos.

We’re very pleased with the new venue – it’s a much bigger room than we had at the hotel with more windows for us to open (important at the moment!). There’s also a sink and a kettle so we can have tea / coffee and biscuits which is a nice bonus.
