Many congratulations to both teams for great wins this week in the Junior Online 4NCL. I’m very proud of each and everyone of you.

Dorset Juniors 1

It was a comprehensive 8-0 win for Zander, Jason, Hugo and Sam playing against Ojays D in Division 3. We did outrate them quite considerably but nevertheless there are no easy games. Everyone played well.

This puts the team in 1st position at the top of Group A of Division 3, with Sufflok Juniors not far behind. Our rivals from last season, Rogue Rooks, head up Group B.

Dorset Juniors 2

This team had a tougher challenge than the ratings might have suggested, with Young Dragons Wales D playing much better than their ratings suggested and giving our team some strong competition. The eventual result was 4.5 to 3.5 in our favour.

Well done to Michal for two wins and to Ollie, on his debut, for scoring 1.5 points, the second game ending in a draw due to repetition.

Even if the eventual scoreline didn’t go the way some players would have liked, everyone has played well and contributed to the team effort.

The Division 4 table after round 3, shows our team in 4th place which is a fantastic achievement. Well done to all of you!
