The B&DCL AGM is to be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 21st June 2022 at Tuckton Social Club, 222 Tuckton Road, Southbourne, BH6 3AA (the home venue of Southbourne Chess Club).

Rule change proposals are to be submitted from clubs by 7th May 2022, if possible, so these can be discussed at the next B&DCL Committee Meeting. However, all proposed rule changes must be notified at least two weeks prior to the AGM.

An AGM agenda including rule changes will be notified to B&DCL clubs at least one week before the AGM.

Club secretaries have also been advised separately.
